RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF HOTEL/MOTEL
MINI TAX GRANT TO THE CEDAR FALLS LION'S CLUB IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1,950.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Convention & Visitors Bureau Board's recommendation for funding a hotel -motel tax
mini -grant application for the Cedar Falls Lion's Club, in the amount of $1,950.00, to assist in
hosting the Iowa Lion's 2018 NE District Convention being held at the 5 Sullivan Brother
Convention Center, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 2018.
