RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF GRANT
APPLICATION FOR A DIESEL EMISSIONS REDUCTION
GRANT (DERA) TO REPLACE ONE (1) 2005
INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER D466 GARBAGE TRUCK'S
OUTDATED TIER 2 EMISSIONS WITH A TIER 4 2018
EMISSIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the grant application dated March 5, 2018, for a Diesel Emissions Reduction Grant (DERA)
to replace one (1) 2005 International Harvester D466 Garbage Truck's outdated Tier 2 Emissions
with a Tier 4 2018 Emissions, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Stn day of March 2018.
