RESOLUTION NO. 2018-141
RESOLUTION APPROVING FUNDING AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
DONALD STREET AND ELK RUN ROAD, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Funding Agreement dated March 5, 2018, between Black Hawk County and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$11,355.00, in conjunction with the improvements to Donald
Street and Elk Run Road, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 2018.
