RESOLUTION NO. 2018-140
RESOLUTION APPROVING FUNDING AGREEMENT
WITH THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY GAMING
ASSOCIATION FOR A $750,000 MATCH FOR UNIVERSITY
AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION ENHANCEMENTS AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Funding Agreement dated March 5, 2018, between Black Hawk County Gaming
Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$750,000.00 with a $750,000.00
local match, in conjunction with the University Avenue Reconstruction Enhancements Project, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5t" day of March 2018.
