RESOLUTION NO. 2018-137
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION AND SITE
CLEARANCE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR 807 EAST 4TH
STREET AND 809-811 EAST 4TH STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-136, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
the Demolition and site clearance services contract for 807 East 4th Street and 809-811 East 4th
Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a
public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5t' day of March 2018.
