RESOLUTION NO. 2018-136
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION AND SITE
CLEARANCE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR 807 EAST 4TH
STREET AND 809-811 EAST 4TH STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Demolition and site clearance
services contract for 807 East 4th Street and 809-811 East 4th Street, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Demolition and site clearance
services contract for 807 East 4th Street and 809-811 East 4th Street, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 5, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Demolition and site clearance services contract for 807 East 4th Street and 809-811 East 4th
Street, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 2018.
