RESOLUTION NO. 2018-135
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA HEARTLAND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated March 5, 2018 between the Iowa Heartland Habitat for
Humanity and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of properties generally located
within the Walnut Neighborhood is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 2018.
