RESOLUTION NO. 2018-133
RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 2018 SPRING STUMP
REMOVAL PROJECT BID TO WILSON CUSTOM TREE OF
CRESCO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $92,490.81, AND
APPROVING THE CONTRACT, BOND AND CERTIFICATE
OF INSURANCE, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid, of Wilson Custom Tree of Cresco, Iowa in the amount of $92,490.81, in
conjunction with the 2018 Spring Stump Removal Project, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, with Resolution No. 2018-131, after public
hearing on March 5, 2018 on published notice required by law, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 2018.
