RESOLUTION NO. 2018-131
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2018 SPRING STUMP REMOVAL
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Forrester of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2018 Spring Stump Removal Project, and
WHEREAS, said City Forrester did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2018 Spring Stump Removal Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 5, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2018
Spring Stump Removal Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 2018.
