Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, hereby proposes to furnish all supervision, technical personnel,
labor, materials, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, and services, including utility and
transportation services required to construct and complete this WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE
ARTS — 2018 TOILET ROOM RENOVATION, all in accordance with the above -listed documents
and for the bid and alternates.
