RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MONDAY APRIL 16, 2018 IN CONJUNCTION WITH
PROPOSED FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS, SET FORTH
BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD, FOR THE
FY 2019 ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN FOR CDBG AND HOME
PROGRAM FUNDS FOR THE WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS
CONSORTIUM, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall, City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th day of April, 2018,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon proposed funding recommendations set forth by
the Community Development Board, for the FY 2019 One-year Action Plan for CDBG and
HOME Program Funds for the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Consortium.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
