RESOLUTION NO. 2018-195
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOME INVESTMENT
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM CONSORTIUM COOPERATION
AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Home Investment Partnership Program Consortium Cooperation Agreement dated April 2,
2018, between the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the fiscal period
of July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2020, with $41,000 of the funds being allocated to the City of Cedar
Falls in FY 2019 is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2018.
