RESOLUTION NO. 2018-202
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 ANSBOROUGH
AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS FROM US HWY. 20 TO SAN
MARNAN DRIVE, CONTRACT NO. 942.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Engineer of said city to prepare and file specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the FY 2018 Ansborough Avenue Improvements from US Hwy. 20 to San Marnan Drive,
Contract No. 942, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Ansborough Avenue Improvements from US Hwy. 20 to San
Marnan Drive, Contract No. 942, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 2, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with FY 2018
Ansborough Avenue Improvements from US Hwy. 20 to San Marnan Drive, Contract No. 942,
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2018.
