RESOLUTION NO. 2018-203
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 ANSBOROUGH
AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS FROM US HWY. 20 TO SAN
MARNAN DRIVE, CONTRACT NO. 942.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-202, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Ansborough Avenue Improvements from US Hwy. 20 to San
Marnan Drive, Contract No. 942, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted
by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2018.
