RESOLUTION NO. 2018-204
RESOLUTION TO CONCUR WITH THE DETERMINATION
OF THE CITY PLANNER THAT THE PROPOSED CHANGE
TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN FOR A 59,468 SQUARE
FOOT EXPANSION TO TYSON FRESH MEATS, LOCATED
AT 501 NORTH ELK RUN ROAD, IS MINOR AND SHALL BE
APPROVED AS A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT,
WITHIN THE "M-2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the determination of Community Planning and Development Director that the proposed
change to the approved site plan for a 59,468 square foot expansion to Tyson Fresh Meats,
located at 501 North Elk Run Road, is minor and shall be approved as a Minor Site Plan
Amendment, within the "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2018.
