RESOLUTION NO. 2018-208
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VIA RAIL LOGISTICS, LLC FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A RAIL PARK LAYOUT IN THE
MIDPORT TIF DISTRICT IN THE AMOUNT OF $66,250, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND
FULLY EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 2, 2018, between Via Rail Logistics, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $66,250.00, in conjunction with the
development of a rail park layout in the MidPort TIF District, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2018.
