RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR MITIGATION
OF UTILITY FACILITY CONFLICTS WITH CENTURYLINK
QC, FOR SERVICES RELATED TO THE FY 2018
UNIVERSITY AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION - PHASE I -
GREENHILL ROAD TO EVERGREEN AVENUE, CONTRACT
NO. 933, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Mitigation of Utility Facility Conflicts dated April 2, 2018, between
Qwest Corporation, d/b/a CenturyLink QC, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with
services related to the FY 2018 University Avenue Reconstruction - Phase I - Greenhill Road to
Evergreen Avenue, Contract No. 933, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2018.
