RESOLUTION NO. 2018-215
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CEDAR FALLS, COMMENCING JULY 1, 2018 THRU
JUNE 30, 2019,WITH AN INCREASE OF APPROXIMATELY
1.5% PER CALL, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the Animal Control Services Agreement dated A pril 2, 2018, between the
City of Cedar Falls and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for animal control services increasing basic
animal service fees 1.5% per call, for the period of July 1, 2018 thru June 30, 2019, is hereby
approved and Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2018.
