Moved by Morrissey seconded by Jacobs that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice vote
-Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey seconded by Jacobs that the Minutes of February 26, 2018, as proposed, be
approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.

Mr. Jacobs requested an overview of item six.
Noel Anderson, Community Planning and Development Director, explained that the City still
owns the Convention Center as the sale has not yet closed, and noted that the semi-annual fire
suppression is a requirement of fire safety codes.
Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Juon seconded by Morrissey that the project budget for the MidAmerican Energy
Plant Some Shade #17 project, funded with a state grant in the amount of$8,201.20 and the sale
of trees in the amount of$6,750, for a total project cost of$14,951.20, as submitted by Leisure
Services, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Juon seconded by Morrissey that Bills Payment, as contained in Accounts Payable
Invoice Report, dated March 5, 2018, in the amount of$2,795,604.89 be received, placed on file
and approved and forwarded to the full council for approval. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion
carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Morrissey seconded by Jacobs
that the meeting be adjourned at 5:23 p.m. Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
