AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT ON A CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
SOUTH OF 2911 SOUTHLAND DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No.
5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "C-P" Planned Commercial District, to allow for the construction of a 5,184
square foot commercial building, located south of 2911 Southland Drive and described as follows:
SOUTHLAND PARK FOURTH ADDITION TRACT C-8, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY,IOWA,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF
WATERLOO, STATE OF IOWA:
That the City Clerk is hereby directed, to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
