AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY MICHAEL CRANE
TO VACATE A PLATTED 20' UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
ALONG THE SOUTHERLY PROPERTY LINE FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A 192 SQUARE FOOT SHED LOCATED AT 235 NIAGARA
DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
The Twenty (20) foot utility easement as platted along the South line of Lot 2 of Wessels
Minor Plat except the Westerly Eight (8) feet thereof, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County,Iowa;
shall be,and the same is hereby vacated.
