RESOLUTION NO. 2018-221
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS AND BID DOCUMENT, AND SETTING A
DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 26, 2018 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 30, 2018 FOR THE PURCHASE
OF ONE (1) 2018 2-WHEEL DRIVE CHEVROLET
COLORADO, EXTENDED CAB COMPACT PICKUP TRUCK,
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary specifications and bid documents in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) 2018 2-Wheel Drive Chevrolet Colorado, extended cab compact pickup
truck, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with purchase of one (1) 2018 2-Wheel
Drive Chevrolet Colorado, extended cab compact pickup truck, be scheduled for April 26, 2018
at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 30th day of April 2018,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon purchase of one (1) 2018 2-Wheel Drive
Chevrolet Colorado, extended cab compact pickup truck.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April 2018.
