RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BIDS TO B & B
LAWN CARE, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE
AMOUNT OF $57.75 OPTION A AND $55.99 OPTION E,
PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE, L.L.C. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $54.80 OPTION B, WILSON
CUSTOM TREE OF CRESCO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF
$35.00 OPTION C, AND $595.00 OPTION D, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2018 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING
CONTRACT AND APPROVING THE CONTRACTS, BONDS
AND CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bids of B & B Lawn Care, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa in the amount of $57.75
Option A and $55.99 Option E, Professional Lawn Care, L.L.C. of Waterloo, Iowa in the amount
of$54.80 Option B, and Wilson Custom Tree of Cresco, Iowa in the amount of$35.00 Option
C, and $595.00 Option D, and contracts, bonds and certificates of insurance, in conjunction with
the 2018 Right of Way Mowing, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said project with Resolution No. 2018-224, after public hearing on April 9, 2018 on
published notice required by law, be and are hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April 2018.
