RESOLUTION NO. 2018-226
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2018 LIFT STATION MOWING
CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-225, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Lift Station Mowing Contract, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on April 9, 2018 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April 2018.
