RESOLUTION NO. 2018-229
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE
ARTS FY 2018 RESTROOM RENOVATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Cultural and Arts Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts FY 2018 Restroom Renovation Project,
and
WHEREAS, said Cultural and Arts Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts FY 2018 Restroom
Renovation Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 9, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Waterloo Center for the Arts FY 2018 Restroom Renovation Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9t' day of April 2018.
