RESOLUTION NO. 2018-231
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO FAILOR-
HURLEY OF WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF
$370,250, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO
CENTER FOR THE ARTS FY 2018 RESTROOM
RENOVATION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Failor-Hurley Construction of Waterloo, Iowa in the amount of$370,250, in
conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts FY 2018 Restroom Renovation Project,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said project with Resolution
No. 2018-229, after public hearing on April 9, 2018 on published notice required by law, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 91h day of April 2018.
