RESOLUTION NO. 2018-240
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY SOFT PLAY, LLC OF HUNTERSVILLE,
NORTH CAROLINA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $74,999.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 PHELPS YOUTH
PAVILION PLAYSCAPE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Soft Play, LLC of Huntersville, North Carolina, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Phelps Youth Pavilion Playscape project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Soft Play, LLC has completed the aforementioned project in accordance
with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$74,999.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Soft Play, LLC in the amount of$74,999.00, in conjunction with the FY
2018 Phelps Youth Pavilion Playscape project, are hereby approved.
