RESOLUTION NO. 2018-242
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY PETERSON CONTRACTORS, INC.
OF REINBECK, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $355,598.85 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2016 GALACTIC DRIVE AND
FITZWAY DRIVE EXTENSIONS, CONTRACT NO. 896.
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2016 Galactic Drive and Fitzway Drive Extensions, Contract No. 896,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$355,598.85.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Peterson Contractors, Inc. in the amount of$355,598.85, in conjunction
with the FY 2016 Galactic Drive and Fitzway Drive Extensions, Contract No. 896, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April 2018.
