RESOLUTION NO. 2018-243
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SEWAGE TREATMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, TO EXTEND SANITARY SEWER TO THE IRVING
SQUARE ADDITION, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018
STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO.
944, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Sewage Treatment Agreement dated April 9, 2018, between the Iowa Department of
Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to extend sanitary sewer to the Irving Square
Addition, in conjunction with the FY 2018 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 944, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 91h day of April 2018.
