RESOLUTION APPROVING IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES WASTEWATER DISPOSAL
SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION FEE
FORM AND CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION
SCHEDULE A, GENERAL INFORMATION FOR THE FY
2019 BROCK 3RD ADDITION SANITARY SEWER
EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 954, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SIGN SAID APPLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
that the Iowa Department of Natural Resources Wastewater Disposal System Construction
Permit Application Fee Form and Construction Permit Application Schedule A, General
Information for the FY 2019 Brock 3rd Addition Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No. 954, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said application on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2018.
