RESOLUTION NO. 2018-265
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AMENT DESIGN OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $40,000, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PROGRESS AVENUE AND GREENHILL ROAD
INTERSECTION TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND GEOMETRIC
IMPROVEMENTS, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement btween Ament Design of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $40,000, in conjunction with the Progress
Avenue and Greenhill Road Intersection Traffic Signals and Geometric Improvements is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2018.
