RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
HEARTLAND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR SANITARY SEWER
EXTENSION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 1600 BLOCK OF W.
6TH STREET IN THE FY 2018 STREET RECONSTRUCTION
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 944, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement dated April 16, 2018, between Iowa Heartland
Habitat for Humanity and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to extend sanitary sewer to serve Lots 7 &
8, in the 1600 block of W. 6th Street, Irving Square addition, in conjunction with the FY 2018
Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 944, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2018.
