RESOLUTION NO. 2018-261
RESOLUTION TO CONCUR WITH THE DETERMINATION
OF THE CITY PLANNER THAT THE PROPOSED CHANGE
TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN FOR A 15,500 SQUARE
FOOT EXPANSION TO ADVANCED HEAT TREAT CORP,
LOCATED AT 2825 MIDPORT BOULEVARD, IS MINOR AND
SHALL BE APPROVED AS A MINOR SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT, WITHIN THE "M-2,P" PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the determination of Community Planning and Development Director that the proposed
change to the approved site plan within the "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District, for a 15,500
square foot building expansion to Advanced Heat Treat Corp., located at 2825 MidPort
Boulevard,is minor and shall be approved as a Minor Site Plan Amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2018.
