RESOLUTION NO. 2018-256
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH RIDGEWAY TOWERS PACKAGED
TERMINAL AIR CONDITIONER COOLING UNIT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-255, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Cooling Unit
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on April 16, 2018 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2018.
