RESOLUTION NO. 2018-255
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIDGEWAY TOWERS
PACKAGED TERMINAL AIR CONDITIONER COOLING
UNIT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Housing Authority Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Cooling Unit
Project, and
WHEREAS, said Housing Authority Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner
Cooling Unit Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 16, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Ridgeway Towers Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Cooling Unit Project, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2018.
