RESOLUTION NO. 2018-249
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC. AND SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS MAY 3, 2018, AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS MAY 7, 2018, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WASTE
MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION HVAC COOLING SYSTEM,
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Waste Management Administration HVAC Cooling System are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the Waste Management
Administration HVAC Cooling System be scheduled for May 3, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of May 2018, to
hold a public hearing in conjunction with the, Waste Management Administration HVAC
Cooling System.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
