SUBJECT: Reuse of Public Market Building-through lease of building. Discussion of
three submittals from RFP process: Bicycle Works, Lark Brewery, Verve.

Presentation of three submittals - 15 minutes each, with ten minutes of
Recommended Action: questions for each.
City Council recommendation of who to proceed further with for lease
negotiation/approval.
City staff sent out a Request for Propsoal for the reuse of the Public Market
building. Three prospaost were submitted.
The City then followed the RFP process and conducted a review and
Summary Statement: recommendation with the WDC review process of DBMT (Design Build
Management Team). After last week's Work Session, the City Council
would like each group to present to them for their review and
recommendation as well.
