Black Hawk County, SS Notice was published in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls
Courier, a daily newspaper printed in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, once commencing on the 28th
day of February, 2018 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular
legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING I a correct bill for publishing said notice.

for the taking of bids for the

GARBAGE TRUCK
Sealed bids must be received by the City
Clerk of the City of Waterloo at City Hall,
715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa
50703 no later than Thursday, March 8,
2018 at 1:00 p.m.,at which time bids will
be opened in the First Floor Conference
Room at City Hall,for the purchase of one
(1)automated side-load garbage truck.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications,
bid document, etc. for the purchase of
one (1) automated side-load garbage
truck,at 5:30 p.m.on March 12,2018,in
the Harold E.Getty Council Chambers in
the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
A bid document may be obtained from the
Interim Public Works Director, 625
Glenwood Street,Waterloo,Iowa,50703.
Anyone who is interested may appear
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk, —�
