day of February, 2018 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular

Clerk of the City of Waterloo at City Hall,
715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa
50703 no later than Thursday, March 1,
2018 at 1:00 p.m.,at which time bids will
be opened in the First Floor Conference
Room at City Hall,in conjunction with the
demolition services at 807 East 4th Street
and 809-811 East 4th Street.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo,Iowa will conduct a
public hearing on the request to approve
preliminary plans, specifications,form of
contract, etc. for demolition services at
807 East 4th Street and 809-811 East 4th
Street,at 5:30 p.m.on March 5,2018,in
the Harold E.Getty Council Chambers in
the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
The proposed request for proposal
document, plans, specifications, form of
contract,etc.is on file in the Planning& Ulvo
Zoning office for public examination. A
request for proposal document, plans, c
specifications,form of contract,etc.may Signed
be obtained from the Planning and Zoning
Office, 715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo,
Iowa,50703.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk, Subscribed and sworn to before me this
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
