her office in the City Hall of the said City
on the 15th day of February,2018,until
1:00 p.m. for the reconstruction of
UNIVERSITY AVENUE- PHASE 1,City
Contract No.933,as described in detail in
the plans and specifications now on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened in
the First Floor Conference Room at City
Hall,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,on the
15th day of February,2018,at 1:00 p.m.,
and the proposals will be acted upon at
such later time and place as may then be
fixed by the City Council.
PUBLIC HEARING I/
Notice is hereby given that the Council of K-
ti City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed plans, specifications, form
of contract,and estimate of cost for the Signed
constructionof the above-described im-
provement project at 5:30 p.m. on the
19th day of February,2018,said hearing
to be held in the Harold E.Getty Council
Chambers in City Hall in said City.The
proposed plans, specifications, form of Subscribed and sworn to before me this
contract, and estimate of cost for said
improvements heretofore prepared by
AECOM for the City of Waterloo are now
on file in the office of the City Clerk for
public examination, and any person Day of A.D., 20
interested therein may file written objec-
tion thereto with the City Clerk before the
date set for said hearing, appear and

SCOPE OF WORK _

facility with a new 4-lane roadway. The
project includes installation of sidewalks,
