Courier, a daily newspaper printed in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, once commencing on the 9th
day of April, 2018 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular
legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO,IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the 2008 Traffic Code,
Section 540, Obedience to Official
Traffic-Control Devices, is amended by
adding Subsection (2a), Airline Highway
and Wagner Road—Full Actuated.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in
effect after its final passage, approval,
and publication as provided by law.
