Black Hawk County, SS Notice was published in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls
Courier, a daily newspaper printed in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, once commencing on the 30th
day of March, 2018 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular
ORDINANCE NO.5440 legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008
TRAFFIC CODE,SECTION 540-OBEDI- a correct bill for publishing said notice.

SUBSECTION (88) FIRST STREET (E)
AND MULBERRY STREET-PRE-TIMED Printer's Bill $11.16
AND (90) FIRST STREET (E) AND
SYCAMORE STREET-PRE-TIMED,AS
FOLLOWS:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa: Section 1.
That Subsection(88)First Street(E)and
Mulberry Street-Pre-timed and(90)First
Street (E) and Sycamore Street -
Pre-Timed are hereby deleted as signals
have been removed. Section 2. This
Ordinance shall be in effect after its final
passage, approval, and publication as
provided by law.
