Courier, a daily newspaper printed in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, once commencing on the 30th
day of March, 2018 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular
legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO,IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the 2008 Traffic Code,
Section 549—Loading Zones is amended
by deleting in its entirety subsection(11 a)
Northeast side in the 200 block of
Prospect Blvd.for 164 feet in front of the
School, with a five (5) minute limit.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in
effect after its final passage, approval,
andpublication as provided by law.
