OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received for the 2018 Waste
Management Admin HVAC Cooling Sys-
tem will be opened in the City Clerk's
Office in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, on
Thursday,May 3,2018,at 1:00 p.m.,and
the proposals will be referred to the
Waste Management Services for recom-
mendation of award.

City Council will conduct a public hearing
on the proposed specifications and form � _

Council Chambers in Waterloo CityHall.
The contract documents are on file in the I
City Clerk's office, 715 Mulberry St.,
Waste Management Services,3505 East-
on Ave., Waterloo, Iowa, for public Subscribed and sworn to before me this
examination.Any person interested may
file written objection with the City Clerk
before the date set for the hearing or
appear and make objection at the Day of A.D., 20A_
meeting.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide all labor, \
equipment and materials necessary for
upgrade and replacement units for the
Waste Management Admin Cooling Sys-
tem
PROPOSALS SUBMITTED
All bids must be submitted on forms Notary Public
supplied by Waste Management Serv- y
ices.
BID SECURITY REQUIRED
Al bids must be accompanied, in a
separate envelope, by a certified or Received of
cashier's check drawn on an Iowa bank
chartered under the laws of the United
States or the State of Iowa, a certified
share draft drawn on a Credit Union in
Iowa chartered under the laws of the
United States or the State of Iowa,or a
bid bond payable to the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the sum of Fifteen Hundred
Dollars($1,500.00),which certified check, the sum of
certified share draft, or bid bond will be
held as security that the Bidder will enter
into a Contract for the mowing work and
will furnish the required bonds, and in Dollars.
