day of April, 2018 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular
legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is
a correct bill for publishing said notice.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed specifications, plans and
estimate of cost for the 60 ft.by 80 ft.pole
building to be located at the Yard Waste
Site for the City of Waterloo,Iowa,at 5:30
pm on April 30,2018,said hearing to be
held in the Harold E Getty Council
Chambers in City Hall in said City.The
proposed specifications, plans and esti-
mate of cost for said bid heretofore
prepared by the Interim Public Works
Director of the City of Waterloo are now
on file in the office of the City Clerk for
public examination, and any person
interested therein may file writtenobjec-
tion

make objection thereto with the City Clerk
