that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular legal
rate of said newspaper, and that the following is a

Notice is hereby given that the Council of Printer's Bill $15.84
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications,
bid document,etc.for the purchase of six
(6) Police Interceptor AWD Vehicles at
5:30 p.m.on May 21,2018,in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.A bid
document may be obtained from the
Public Works Director, 625 Glenwood
Street,Waterloo,Iowa,50703.
Sealed bids must be received by the City
Clerk of the City of Waterloo at City Hall,
715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa
50703 no later than Thursday, May 17,
2018 at 1:00 p.m.,at which time bids will
be opened in the First Floor Conference
Room at City Hall,for the purchase of six
(6)Police Interceptor AWD Vehicles.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
