RESOLUTION NO. 2018-280
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO
COMMUNITY CHEVROLET OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA IN
THE AMOUNT OF $22,850.90, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1), 2-WHEEL DRIVE COMPACT
PICKUP TRUCK WITH EXTENDED CAB, FOR THE
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
That the bid of Community Chevrolet of Cedar Falls, Iowa in the amount of$22,850.90, in
conjunction with purchase of one (1), 2-wheel drive compact pickup truck with extended cab, for
the Engineering Department, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project with Resolution No. 2018-278, after public hearing on April 30, 2018 on published
notice required by law, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of April 2018.
