RESOLUTION NO. 2018-281
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE AND
INSTALLATION OF A 60' X 80' POLE BUILDING TO BE
LOCATED AT THE YARD WASTE SITE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase and installation of a 60' x 80' pole building to be
located at the yard waste site, and
WHEREAS, said Interim public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase and installation of a 60' x 80' pole building to
be located at the yard waste site, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 30, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the purchase and installation of a 60' x 80' pole building to be located at the yard waste site, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of April 2018.
