RESOLUTION NO. 2018-282
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION
OF A 60' X 80' POLE BUILDING TO BE LOCATED AT THE
YARD WASTE SITE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-281, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase and installation of a 60' x 80' pole building to be located at the
yard waste site, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on April 30, 2018 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of April 2018.
