RESOLUTION NO. 2018-283
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT PARKING ACCESS AND REVENUE CONTROL
SYSTEM (PARCS), AND RELATED PARKING LOT
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport Parking Access and Revenue Control System
(PARCS), and related parking lot improvements project, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with Waterloo Regional Airport Parking Access and Revenue Control
System(PARCS), and related parking lot improvements project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 30, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Waterloo Regional Airport Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS), and
related parking lot improvements project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 301h day of April 2018.
